Maybe the reason why the girl who had the Toki Toki no Mi fruit made them travel back in time 20 years later was actually to make the time travelers meet the Straw Hat Pirates so they can successfully defeat Kaido? (not really 'successfully', Kaido is an emperor of the sea it'll take tons of rounds to defeat him) Sorry I might be wrong. But they are the only ones who can defeat Kaido and are willing to help. So it's highly possible.

I started one piece 2006 and since then I was waiting every week to watch an episode but during 2019 I just stopped and was like i will give it a few years break and here I am, every next arc progress is slower I don't mind but that slowness is what makes me stop watching and waiting for episodes to stack
